Body-oriented psychotherapist and ecotherapist

(UKCP registered)

I offer psychotherapy for people who sense that healing is not about returning to who they were, but about deepening their capacity to relate — to themselves, to others, and to the life around them.

Our work is not directed towards a finished version of you. Together we attend to what is alive, what has become stuck, and what might begin to move when it is met in relationship.

You may feel at home here if…

You have already done some inner work and sense there is further to go — not towards a perfected self, but towards greater depth, connection and possibility.

You are curious about your body, your dreams, your relationships, or aspects of your experience that are difficult to put into words.

You may already be involved in therapy, training, group work, constellations or another process of inquiry, and want another place in which to go deeply.

You feel part of a wider living world, and your relationship with land, place, nature or other-than-human life matters to you.

You are living with an awareness of ecological breakdown, social upheaval or an uncertain future — perhaps through conservation, activism, community work, or simply because you cannot unknow what you know.

You want a therapy in which the spiritual, transpersonal, sexual or erotic dimensions of being human do not have to be left outside the room.

You are willing to bring curiosity to what happens between us — including difference, difficulty, uncertainty, humour and the unexpected.

Or perhaps you cannot quite say what you are looking for, but something here feels familiar.
